Physical Exercises for Breast Beautify - Every woman wants beautiful breasts and tight. But there is hardly a sport that specializes in breast care. And maybe some of these exercises can make your breasts more beautiful.

Exercise 1: Pressure

Application of pressure is the simplest exercises for your breasts. Stand upright facing a wall, lean with your hands. Tap the wall as hard as you can, as if to move it. Continue to push for ten seconds. Do one set with ten repetitions.

Exercise 2: Move your elbow

Stand up straight, bend your arms slightly at the elbow, but still keep hands on hips. Try to touch the elbow to elbow one another at the back of your body. Do it slowly. Previously used to do stretching for 10-15 seconds. Repeat eight times.

Exercise 3: Pressing the palm of the hand
